    • First Session: 2 hours

      • 90 minutes of fertility-focused abdominal and bodywork massage

      • 15-minute new client interview

      • 15 minutes of self-fertility massage instruction

    • Second Session: 30 minutes (FREE)

      • Review and practice personalized self-massage techniques or learn new ones.

Focused Abdominal & Fertility Massage Sessions. This option is perfect for clients seeking targeted support for fertility, abdominal wellness, or menstrual complaints without the additional self-massage instruction or follow-up session included in the full package.

    • 15 minutes: New client health history and consultation

      • A personalized intake to discuss your wellness goals and any specific concerns.

    • 75 minutes: Fertility-focused abdominal and bodywork massage

      • A customized session designed to address abdominal health, improve circulation, and promote balance and relaxation.

      • This offering is ideal for clients who want a focused session without the instructional component of learning the at home self-massage.
