Inspire Your Fertility! Self- Fertility Massage Workshop (1)

No one but Suzi offers this Inspire Fertility! workshop for women trying to conceive. You will receive 20 years of her Fertility Massage (The Arvigo Method) expertise in this 2 hour workshop. This class is modeled after her Fertility Massage treatments.  In this class, you will use specialty designed Yamuna Therapy balls to increase blood flow and reduce stress.  Just like the Fertility Massage, we will address the uterine position, increase blood flow to the abdominal and pelvic floor and roll tension away in the back and neck. You will be amazed as to how simple body rolling techniques will give you a Fertility Massage like an expert! The best thing about this workshop is you will be able use what you learned at home right away.

For now this class is only available to women actively trying to conceive, in an Assisted Reproductive Cycle or preparing to conceive. Check back for classes that are designed for both partners.

We will be on the floor for this class so you must be able to sit/lie on the floor as well as move in various positions on your back, side and seated positions.
