I am amazed at how effective the Maya massage is for my constipation.  When I do the self-massage that you taught me I actually have my life back.  I no longer have to stay close to home or know where a bathroom is at all times.  When I do my self-massage daily and have my monthly sessions with Suzi my elimination is normal and predictable. it has not been that way for a very long time. ~L.G.
