Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel or change your appointment kindly give me 48 hours notice. Clients who cancel their appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be asked to pay a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your session.
Please inform Suzi if your cancellation is due to an emergency.Please do not email your cancellations. Email cancellations will not be accepted.Thank you for honoring my time and my commitment to your healing journey.
Arrival Information
I invite you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment begins so you can relax in our waiting room and enjoy a cup of tea in a peaceful setting. Appointments begin on your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late you will be asked to pay the full session fee and reschedule your appointment. Please call if you are running late for your appointment.
