Suzi is a Certified Registered Polarity Practitioner, IYT Yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and Apprentice to Dr. Arvigo. She has a BA from the Union University in Holistic Studies.  She is the founder and director of Inner Connections Holistic Bodywork Center located in Victorian Village.   Starting January of 2009 she will begin Graduate studies in Community Counseling with the intent of becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

Suzi has worked in the complementary alternative health field since 1995.   Her work both in private sessions and in groups is a combination of her interest in the body mind connection.  Her work tends to the heart and soul and synergistically facilitates to overall emotional and spiritual wellness and pain relief. Her work leads people to understand the roots of their pain and discomfort.  She is passionate about combining all of her body mind trainings into a unique and personalized experience for her clients.

Suzi has is well versed in myofascial release, treatment for injuries and chronic pain, treatment for carpal tunnel, spinal discomfort, female pelvic congestion and lower back and hip pain. She has also studied extensively relaxation massage, holistic bodywork, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, energy theory, trauma and recovery, energy medicine, the body mind connection, pain and the emotions, abuse healing and recovery, healthy cooking, mindful meditation and yoga instruction and theory.

Suzi provides individual sessions in Fertility Enhancing Massage, Polarity Therapy, Holistic Bodywork, Maya Abdominal Massage, Acupressure with Myofascial Release as well as special private sessions for couples wanting to learn holistic massage and spiritual connection skills.
